Since 2005 Claiming Our Voices has offered annual conferences and a number of day-long workshops and participatory concerts expanding upon the supportive flavor of our smaller evening gatherings. These events are organized to encourage artistic expression and creativity among the broader Berkshire women’s community. Held on high school and college campuses and in churches and meeting rooms throughout central and southern Berkshire County, each offers participants — through dialogue and active participation — the shared expertise and talents of inspiring local artists devoted to women’s creative expression. Claiming Our Voices continues to sponsor seasonal workshops to further encourage intergenerational connection and creative exploration.
